You can reach us by phone Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. After hours, leave a voice mail or email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Who can order from Exclusive Med Supply?
We accept orders from medical professionals across all specialties. However, certain items are exclusively available only to professionals with an appropriate license. If you're affiliated with a clinic, medical spa, hospital, or doctor's office, you can utilize your medical director's license for purchases. To proceed with that, you should simply obtain an authorization form from your sales representative.
Are the products offered on your website genuine? How do I know that they are?
All products offered by Exclusive Med Supply are authentic, original items, which are shipped in original manufacturer’s packaging, unadulterated and sealed. Please check the integrity of the packaging upon arrival.
How much does shipping cost?
If the value of your order is more than $500, shipping is free to most locations. If you order for less than $500, the shipping cost is $50 flat rate.
