Shipping

While most orders under $500 will incur a $50 shipping charge, orders exceeding $500 ship absolutely free. However, exceptions may arise depending on your location. For inquiries or concerns regarding shipping costs to your area, feel free to contact the customer service associates for assistance. To ensure prompt and pristine delivery of your products, we rely on express shipping services. Even if your purchase qualifies for free shipping on orders over $500, we prioritize express shipping options to guarantee you the finest service.

Refund

In the rare instance that you are dissatisfied with the products you receive, you may be eligible for a refund. For refrigerated products, Exclusive Med Supply will issue refunds only under the following circumstances:

• If the product packaging was misrepresented at the time of purchase.
• If the product arrived warm or hot, exceeding 8°C, upon delivery.
• If the product was damaged upon receipt.
• If the product was proven inactive upon initial use.

Should you wish to return a refrigerated product, it must be kept refrigerated, or frozen if applicable, until we review your request. Upon authorization for a return, the product must be shipped back in packaging similar to its original delivery packaging, which may include a styrofoam box containing ice packs and placed inside another cardboard box.

If a refund is deemed appropriate, you may opt to receive a full refund or have your order, or part of your order, re-shipped.

Please note that any product defects or issues must be reported within 6 months from the date of purchase to qualify for a replacement or refund. Items with issues reported after this period will not be replaced or refunded.

As we deal in medical products, among others, we cannot guarantee acceptance of returns or offer refunds in all circumstances. Nonetheless, we are committed to working with you to ensure your satisfaction as our valued customer.
